As soon as I put the modem ethernet cable to the router (at the internet port) and then connect from port one on the routher to my computer, I loose internet access. The wireless network is bridged to the LAN through the firewall. I've attached a screenshot of the switch as an example showing one of the access points connected to switch port A15 and 2 wifi clients connected to this AP. Note- not all AP's are connected to this switch.

Mar 06, 2019 · I can still access the router GUI via wireless and I can connect to the internet fine via the wired connection, but not via WiFi. So - Wi-Fi connected, but no internet accesss on HG8245Q2. HG8245Q2 symptoms Here, both the laptop and phone say connected, but no internet access; Confirmation screen shows WIfi extender is up and running; To test, I went to Firmware Update and tried looking for an update (still connected to the EXT) Didn't work and showed no internet connection
